 Sybil Dunlop (1889-1968) was a jeweler, and part of the British Arts and Crafts Movement (though I've also seen her work called art nouveau). The height of her popularity was in the UK, between the First and Second World Wars.

I love her use of symmetry and classic, especially radial, designs--but, most especially I love her bold color choices. I think that combination of graphic and elegant is why so many of these pieces seem so timeless.
